Refunds and Returns

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a full refund on any orders that don’t meet our customer’s expectations within 30 days of receiving your custom guitar.


To be eligible for a return, first contact us and provide information pertaining to the nature of your complaint. We’ll then provide instructions and provide an email address for you to send through photos documenting the issue.


Once we’ve received photographic evidence we will assess the nature of your complaint and refund the total or partial cost of your initial purchase and (if required) arrange for your item to be returned.
